Who we are. Demirci Capital is a trading name of Edam Property Limited (Company No. 11323211), registered in England. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in the course of letting and managing residential property.
What we collect. Contact details you submit through our enquiry forms (name, email, phone, message); information required to progress a tenancy application (referencing, Right to Rent verification, guarantor details); and information needed to manage an existing tenancy (payment records, maintenance reports, correspondence).
Why we use it. To respond to your enquiry, assess tenancy applications, fulfil our legal obligations as a landlord and managing agent (including deposit protection, safety compliance and Right to Rent checks), and manage tenancies effectively. Our legal bases are contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest.
Who we share it with. Only where necessary: referencing providers, deposit protection schemes, contractors attending repairs, local authorities where legally required, and professional advisers. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it. Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months. Tenancy records are kept for 6 years after a tenancy ends, in line with legal and tax requirements.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict processing. Contact leonardo@demircicapital.com. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Cookies. This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and animation libraries are loaded from content delivery networks, which may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type) to serve those files.
